Our company provides advanced library products that are tightly integrated with Cadence, Intercept, and Mentor Graphics design flows. Our library management application, PDS Librarian, incorporates interactive editors that allow you to quickly create schematic symbols, geometries, and part descriptions and write them to each of these library formats.

The Symbol Generator allows the user to specify symbols by spreadsheet pin list, import from PDF files, decomposing an existing symbol or geometry, or manual input. Pins are easily modified for style, symbol side, or pin type to match user requirements.

The Geometry Generator is similarly adept at importing data from spreadsheets, PDF, and various existing geometry formats, or allowing manual input of pin lists. The IPC Registered Land Patterns (RLP) are also supported. Users can also create their own RLP databases for input.

Both Generators are driven by templates that allow the librarian to modify major appearance features on all library shapes by updating a single template. This also allows a single library to support multiple target processes, and updating to match new drafting requirements, without having to re-engineer each part in the library.
